I want to support you as individual in feeling like you have the power and autonomy to build the life you want. This starts with some inner work in identifying exactly what it is you want and need and what is getting in the way. If you’re willing to give yourself the space and time to do this work you can begin embrace your authentic self and take ownership of how and who you want to be in this world.

You might be struggling with some perfectionism. It might be negative narratives or patterns of thinking or a feeling that you are “stuck.” Possibly there’s a relationship in your life that you’re unsure about or can’t figure out how to change. We can explore these together to help you rewrite the narrative you have about yourself and what is possible for you.

Relationship Concerns

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your relationship is seek individual counseling. You may being wishing to define what you want and need in your current relationship and give yourself a space to fully explore all those needs. Or maybe you want to find a relationship and be able to show up fully with a new partner. We can explore this together to support you fostering and growing the relationships that matter most to you.

Family Issues

Your history and your family does not define you but it certainly has an impact. Therapy is a fantastic place to explore your experiences and how that might be shaping how you think about yourself and interact with the world around you.

Mothering

Being a mother can come with a lot of pressure and narratives about ourselves. When we move into this role, it’s not uncommon for women to feel overburdened and overwhelmed. There’s a desire to do it all and do it all well. I love supporting mothers in shedding the unrealistic expectations they have, either from themselves or from the world around them. I want to support you in finding your identity both within motherhood and as an individual yourself.
